In this section, I'll give you
some of the lesser-known strategies for every MegaMan X game where
you can play as Zero, since he's generally the most difficult
character to play with (note I said "generally", 'cuz for people like me he's
actually easier than X), and not-so-widely-known facts about X's
gameplay. Please note that this
section is ONLY for MegaMan X games; games like MegaMan Zero for
the GBA and MegaMan Legends for PSX will NOT be covered here
unless I have some space to spare, or
requests become too many. Also, the games covered (with a maximum
amount of three at a time) will be changed about every two
weeks.

MEGAMAN X4 Random Tips.
DominicanZero's recommended order to fight the
Mavericks: Magma Dragoon, Web Spider, Split Mushroom, Cyber Peacock,
Storm Owl (man, did CapCom had to recycle the "Storm"
part?), Frost Walrus, Jet Stingray, Slash Beast. This way
you'll be able to pick up every power-up available at the moment you
start a level, and won't have to be coming back every now and then
to get a new one, at least with Zero. The heart in this level can be
obtained before you gain the double jump, trust me. With a rightly
placed dash jump, you can get to the platform in Area2 to grab the
Heart Increaser.
You can go back to Walrus' level after you've beaten
him to get supplies. Jump your way to the upper part at the very
start of the level, then pick the energy capsules. Then, when the
roof ends, air-dash your way to the left to get an extra 1-Up. Leave
the stage, and go back for more.

MEGAMAN X6 Random Tips.
You can use Zero's double
jump as soon as you unlock him. Use this to your
advantage.
Zero's Z-Buster hit multiple
times, when in close
range. Test it by shooting while standing right next to an iron block
or one of those pesky gnats found in Shield Sheldon's and Blaze
Heatnix's stages, after you've triggered the Nightmare
System.
